Palki is a Hindi-language feature directed by Shailender Vyas, produced by Vision 10 Productions with Kapoor Films, released theatrically in India in 2016 and later available on Amazon Prime Video. Balbir Singh, a Punjabi village farmer, comes to understand the power of women's empowerment through what his daughter Palki endures. Ritika Anand plays Palki; Piyush Mishra plays Balbir Singh.
I shot the film on the ARRI Alexa XT with ARRI Master Primes, on location in rural Punjab.
